Irene’s big personality landed her as a cohost on Tell Me Everything with John Fugelsang featuring comedy royalty, Carol Burnette, Don Rickles, and music legends, Julien Lennon, The B52’s, Barry Manilow, alongside Hollywood A-listers, Fran Drescher, Ray Liotta, Bruce Campbell and more.

Putting her hilarious big mouth and heart to use, Irene has also hosted the podcast #suckittt with Jennifer Esposito and Irene Bremis alongside actress, Jennifer Esposito (Summer of Sam, Crash, Freshkills) addressing mental health and other important, marginalized, and often overlooked societal issues.

She also hosted a podcast with pal, Frank Conniff (MST3K) called Mother May I Podcast with Frank & Irene - featuring, A-lister Comedians, Actors, and Authors.

Currently, she is co-hosting The Woo Woo with Rachel Dratch which includes illustrious guests: Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Vanessa Williams, Lea Delaria, and MORE, and was featured in Amazon Music in the Best Podcasts of Week, Hauntingly Funny Pods on both the Thrills & Chills & the Comedy page collection, and in Pocketcasts Ghost & Goosebumps for 3 weeks.

She is also a Speaker and Hosts events nationwide talking about mental health and the benefits of exercise. Irene is also an award-winning fitness instructor. Winning two awards for Best Weight Training classes and another for Best Conditioning classes in all of Manhattan presented by the late Lucille Roberts, herself.
